- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients and staff
- Assist with office errands, document deliveries, and basic administrative support
- Ensure office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning materials are adequately stocked
- Support staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client meetings and company events
- Monitor office maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and courier services
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Honest, trustworthy, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Overview
