About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Generate high quality real estate leads at optimal acquisition costs
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, and audience performance
- Develop retargeting and lead nurturing strategies
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to maximize lead generation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Advanced English language; Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Requirements
