About the Role

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize campaign performance
- Track and report campaign results using analytics tools
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to develop high performing ad creatives
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
