International Marketing Manager- Export Sales

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international marketing and export sales strategies
• Generate high-value export orders from global markets
• Identify and develop new international buyers, distributors, and importers
• Conduct international market research and competitor analysis
• Analyze global trade data, import-export trends, HS codes, and buyer databases
• Build strong international business networks and strategic partnerships
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and trade shows to generate export leads
• Manage export inquiries, negotiations, pricing, quotations, and deal closures
• Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and key accounts
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, regulatory, and operations teams for smooth export execution
• Develop market penetration strategies for nutraceutical, pharma, and agro product exports
• Track international demand trends, pricing movements, and emerging export opportunities
• Achieve export sales targets and business growth objectives
• Can make videos on international marketing and exports related content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in International Marketing & Export Sales
• Strong knowledge of global markets for Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, and Agro Products
• Excellent understanding of international trade procedures and export documentation
• Hands-on experience in trade data analysis and international buyer sourcing
• Strong network of global buyers/importers is highly preferred
• Experience in participating in international exhibitions and trade fairs
• Knowledge of platforms such as Alibaba, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Export Genius, Volza, Trademap, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to independently close high-value export deals
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in International Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Commerce, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in export sales/international marketing preferred
