Role Overview
Navodesk is seeking a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant to support office upkeep and basic daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the office daily.
- Maintain office cleanliness and general organization.
- Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Keep the pantry clean, organized, and stocked.
- Clean and arrange meeting rooms, work areas, and common spaces.
- Monitor office supplies and pantry items and report restocking needs.
- Assist with errands, deliveries, photocopying, filing, and simple administrative tasks.
- Welcome visitors and assist with basic hospitality.
- Check lights, air conditioning, doors, and other office facilities when opening and closing.
- Support general day-to-day office requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be clean, organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- A good attitude and willingness to assist with different tasks are required.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for office maintenance is required.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 2,200 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
