- Prepare a variety of beverages, including various coffee types (hot, cold and iced), tea and frappes on automatic coffee machines
- Operate coffee machines, blenders and other equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Maintain high quality service standards in line with company policies
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures for handling food and beverages
- Manage inventory, assist with stock receiving, and maintain proper stock levels
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service
