About The Role

  • Office Admin to keep daily operations organized and employee friendly.
  • Support upcoming office move and internal events.

What You'll Do

  • Support Office Manager in daily office operations: supplies, mail, meeting room setup, guest coordination, general upkeep.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee office needs.
  • Support office move: packing coordination, inventory tracking, team communications, on site presence.
  • Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and vendor visits.
  • Set up and break down for company events, off sites, all hands meetings.
  • Track and reorder office supplies and pantry items.
  • Flag facilities issues and follow through on resolution.
  • Take on ad hoc projects to improve office operations.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in office administration, coordination, or operations support role.
  • Experience supporting an office move or physical relocation is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable being hands on.
  • Clear, friendly communicator.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (calendar systems, email, spreadsheets).

Compensation

  • Base salary $80,000 $100,000.
  • Offers equity and bonus.
