- Serve as a visible, reliable point of contact for employees with office needs or questions
- Support the office move with packing coordination, inventory tracking, team communications, and on site presence
- Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and vendor visits
- Set up and break down for company events, off sites, and all hands meetings
- Track and reorder office supplies and pantry items
- Flag facilities issues and follow through on resolution
- Take on ad hoc projects to improve office operations
Requirements
- 2+ years in office administration, coordination, or operations support role
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Clear, friendly communicator
- Proactive mindset
- Proficiency with basic office tools (calendar systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Experience supporting an office move or physical relocation is a strong plus

Compensation
- Base salary $80,000 $100,000.
- Offers equity and bonus.
