About the Job
Provide administrative support to the team coordinating the partnership between UKAEA and UK Industrial Fusion Solutions for the STEP programme.
Support governance, maintain accurate records, and help partnership activities run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the Fusion Partner Office shared inbox, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Own assigned administrative processes and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Support CARS approval processes by monitoring progress and following up on outstanding actions.
- Maintain timesheet processes and accurate records.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
- Carry out mandatory data checks and support discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain records and documentation for governance, audit, and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support and coordinate activities across teams.
- Act as an administrative contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
