- Lead, manage, and continuously develop the sales team to achieve business objectives

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and KPI updates to management
- Collaborate in developing pricing strategies, offers, and marketing campaigns

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales

- Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed use developments
- Strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and sales performance metrics

Overview
- Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and results driven Off Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales performance of its real estate projects.
- This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, strengthening relationships with brokers and marketing partners, and maximizing revenue and investment returns.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in off plan sales, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results in the Saudi real estate market.
