Overview

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's identity, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market position, increase customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing results.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.

Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary.

Drive brand awareness initiatives and strengthen the company's market presence.

Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role.

Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.

Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

Proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
