- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
