تسويق المشاريع العقارية بنظام البيع على الخارطة للعملاء المحتملين.
استقبال العملاء في مركز المبيعات وشرح المشاريع والعروض بالتفصيل.
متابعة العملاء وتحليل احتياجاتهم واقتراح الحلول العقارية المناسبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إتمام عمليات الحجز وتوثيق العقود عبر المنصات الرسمية مثل سكني ووَافي.
- تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية والربع سنوية حسب خطة الشركة.
- بناء علاقات مستدامة مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم وتحقيق فرص بيع مستقبلية.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والتمويل وخدمة العملاء لضمان تجربة عميل متكاملة.
- تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء ومتابعة مراحل الإغلاق العقاري.
المتطلبات
- خبرة في المبيعات العقارية مطلوبة.
- يفضل توفر خبرة في مشاريع البيع على الخارطة.
- معرفة بأنظمة وزارة الإسكان ومنصة وافي مطلوبة.
- مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة إدارة العملاء CRM.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق الأهداف.
