Role Overview
TatwirCo is seeking an Off-Plan Sales Consultant to work from its Riyadh headquarters.
The role supports sales of residential projects licensed by the Ministry of Housing.
The consultant manages customers from initial contact through contract documentation on Sakani and Wafi.
Responsibilities
- Market off-plan projects and present them to prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers through the call center and explain projects and products.
- Receive customers, analyze their needs, and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Complete sales transactions and document contracts through official platforms such as Sakani and Wafi.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets according to the company plan.
- Build lasting customer relationships to support satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure an integrated customer experience.
- Update the customer database and track real estate closing stages.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in off-plan projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and sales and negotiation methods.
