Role Overview
TatwirCo is seeking an Off-Plan Sales Consultant for its Riyadh-based sales team.
The role focuses on selling licensed residential projects and managing customers from initial contact through contract documentation.
Sales Responsibilities
- Market and present off-plan residential projects to prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers through contact centers and explain projects and products.
- Receive customers, analyze their needs, and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Complete sales processes and document contracts through official platforms such as Sakani and Wafi.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets according to the company plan.
Customer and Internal Coordination
- Build sustainable customer relationships to support satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams for an integrated customer experience.
- Update customer databases and monitor stages of the real estate sales cycle.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in real estate sales.
