- Assist Mandarin speaking clients with off plan property inquiries, investment consultations, and project briefings
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community overviews in Mandarin and English
- Promote off plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers, including exclusive launches
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international investors and high intent buyers
- Provide expert advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and handover processes
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and investment expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales, investment advisory, or high value client facing roles
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to build trust with international investors and high net worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
