Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments.
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to evaluate activities of daily living, mobility, cognitive functioning, sensory processing, upper limb function, environmental barriers, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop patient centered treatment plans aimed at maximizing independence, functional performance, safety, and quality of life.
- Provide evidence based therapeutic interventions including ADL training, cognitive rehabilitation, upper extremity rehabilitation, adaptive equipment prescription, environmental modification, sensory integration, and functional mobility training.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation goals, adaptive strategies, home modifications, and assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress, reassess functional outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, assessment reports, discharge summaries, and outcome measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, accreditation activities, and continuing professional development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of full time clinical work experience after highest OT qualification
- Western educated
- Native Arabic speaking

Job Overview
