About the Role
Raytheon seeks an OAI/Training Advisor to provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program. You will advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel, conduct exercises, and support system refresher training.

- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in required operational skills
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including formulating system databases and communication plans
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, and training)
- Support new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises
- Conduct operation and management of exercises utilizing practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC
- Provide Technical Instruction and Training at the training center using conference and practical exercise teaching methods
Requirements
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Must have directly related experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit to Fire Unit operations
- Demonstrated experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in classroom and on tactical equipment
- Must have successfully completed Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent
- Must have a current Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years

Job Overview
- The Organizational Activities Interface (OAI)/Technical Support Engineer will provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program.
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in required operational skills.
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization, system database formulation, and communication plans.
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, and training).
- Support new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises.
- This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is a short term assignment.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program.
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in required operational skills.
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including formulating system databases and communication plans.
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, and training).
- Support tasks ensuring the integrated PATRIOT System is fully operational.
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises.
- Support UAE military personnel in system refresher operator training.
- Provide Technical Advice and Assist Battery Personnel with Operational and Tactical Procedures.
- Conduct operation and management of exercises utilizing practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC.
- Participate in On the Job Training (OJT) Programs.
- Provide Technical Instruction and Training at the training center using conference and practical exercise teaching methods.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System.
- Must have directly related experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level.
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit to Fire Unit operations.
- Demonstrated experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in classroom and on tactical equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge on Brigade/AADCOM level TACSOP's.
- Must have successfully completed Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent.
- Must have a current Secret Security Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Working knowledge of PATRIOT integrated battalion and Fire Platoon to Fire Platoon operations.
- Demonstrated one year of Collective Training experience or assignment to a deployed PATRIOT Battalion.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.
