Responsibilities
- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in operational skills
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including system databases and communication plans
- Conduct new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical exercises
- Provide technical advice and assist battery personnel with operational and tactical procedures for Patriot Missile System
- Conduct operation and management of exercises using practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC
- Participate in On the Job Training programs
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit operations
- Experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in classroom and on tactical equipment
- Knowledge of Brigade/AADCOM level TACSOPs
- Completion of Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related experience, or Associate's with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 12 years

Job Overview

What You Will Do
- Provide technical field operational services for UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot BN and FU personnel in operational skills
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including system databases and communication plans
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, training)
- Support tasks ensuring PATRIOT system is fully operational at BN and FU levels
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training (classroom and practical exercises)
- Support UAE military personnel in system refresher operator training
- Provide technical advice and assist battery personnel with operational and tactical procedures
- Conduct operation and management of exercises using practice scenarios with Patriot ECS and ICC
- Participate in On the Job Training programs
- Provide technical instruction and training at the training center
Qualifications You Must Have
- At least 4 years of experience in PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit operations
- Experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in classroom and on tactical equipment

Qualifications We Prefer
- Working knowledge of PATRIOT integrated battalion and Fire Platoon operations
- One year of Collective Training experience or assignment to deployed PATRIOT Battalion
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related experience, or Associate's with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 12 years
