About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical field operational services for the UAE Patriot Technical Assistance program
- Advise and assist with training of Patriot Battalion and Fire Unit personnel in operational skills
- Assist with BN/FU operation software initialization including databases and communication plans
- Provide expertise on system software application (initialization, operation, training)
- Support tasks to ensure PATRIOT system is fully operational
- Assist with new equipment training and sustainment training, both classroom and practical
- Conduct operation and management of exercises using practice scenarios
- Provide technical advice and assist with operational and tactical procedures
- Provide technical instruction and training at the training center
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System
- Experience in Patriot Evaluation Section and Patriot Tactical Operations at Battalion or higher level
- Demonstrated experience with integrated Battalion and Fire Unit operations
- Experience instructing PATRIOT organizational classes in classroom and on tactical equipment
- Knowledge of Brigade/AADCOM level TACSOPs
- Completed Patriot Operator and System Mechanic MOS 24T/14E/140E or equivalent course
- Current Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience, or Associate's with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 12 years

Qualifications You Must Have
- At least 4 years of experience in the PATRIOT Air Defense System.

Qualifications We Prefer
- Working knowledge of PATRIOT integrated battalion and Fire Platoon operations.
- One year of Collective Training experience or assignment to a deployed PATRIOT Battalion.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience, or Associate's with 8 years, or HS Diploma with 12 years.
