- Conduct one on one nutrition consultations and assessments with members
- Develop customized meal plans based on individual health, fitness, and lifestyle goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition programs as required
- Educate members on healthy eating habits, portion control, supplementation, and meal planning
- Collaborate with personal trainers to align nutrition strategies with training programs
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Deliver nutrition workshops, seminars, and wellness presentations
- Stay informed about current nutrition research and industry best practices
- Support member retention by providing ongoing guidance and follow up consultations
- Promote nutrition services and wellness programs offered by the club
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nutrition counseling, wellness, fitness, or healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of weight management, sports nutrition, and healthy lifestyle coaching
- DHA License is a must

Overview
- AB Fitness is seeking an experienced Nutritionist to provide professional nutrition counseling and develop personalized meal plans for gym members.
- The successful candidate will work closely with fitness coaches and clients to support weight management, muscle gain, sports performance, and overall wellness objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one on one nutrition consultations and assessments with members.
