Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing team during any allotted span of duty
- Ensure nursing and personal care of clinic patients is maintained daily according to individual needs
- Provide medical and nursing care to patients, offer advice and emotional support
- Assist doctors in diagnosing patients and provide follow up care
- Ensure infection control and hygiene guidelines are adhered to
- Manage stock levels and readiness of medical equipment and consumables
- Disinfect clinical surfaces and equipment at the beginning of the day and after each patient
- Greet patients, take medical history, screen for risks
- Triage patients in emergency room, perform minor wound dressings, monitor patients
- Prepare and administer intramuscular and intravenous medications under aseptic conditions
- Supervise registered nurses, orient new recruits, perform annual appraisals
Requirements
- BSc in Nursing from a recognized nursing college
- 5 years post graduation plus 2 years as a nurse manager in a clinical setting
- Healthcare Information System proficiency
- English and Arabic fluent speaking and writing

Job Description
- Lead the nursing team during any allotted span of duty, ensuring nursing and personal care of clinic patients is maintained daily.
- Provide medical and nursing care, offer advice and emotional support, assist doctors, and ensure infection control.
Accountabilities
- Disinfect clinical surfaces and equipment at the beginning of the day and after each patient.
- Greet patient to the examination room.
- Take and document medical history from patient.
- Screen patients for risk of fall, nutritional deficiency, functional risk.
- Triage patients at the emergency room to categorize their emergency status.
- Perform minor wound dressings.
- Monitor patients under observation.
- Prepare and administer intramuscular and intravenous medications under aseptic conditions.
- Escort patients in ambulance.
- Assist physicians in performing patients’ examinations and procedures.
- Closely follow infection control guidelines for managing patients and their body fluids.
- Withdraw blood from patients for laboratory investigations in the emergency room.
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Nursing from a recognized nursing college.
- Experience: 5 years post graduation + 2 years as a nurse manager in a clinical setting.
- Computer Skills: Healthcare Information System.
- Languages: English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing).

- Working Hours: 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
