Key Responsibilities
- Deliver course training/workshops
- Cover topics such as patient care skills, infection control, elderly/dementia care, communication, ethics, and practical scenarios and more
- Use real-life examples, demonstrations, and interactive Q&A
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Required
- Active CNA/Nursing Assistant certification or RN/LPN license
- 3+ years recent hands-on patient care experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Previous training, mentoring or teaching experience
- Background in elderly care, long-term care or rehabilitation
