Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall day to day academic and operational functions of the Early Childhood Centre
- Develop and deliver a balanced EYFS/IPC curriculum underpinned by play based activities, Reggio Emilia and Curiosity Approach
- Ensure premises are maintained at highest quality standards and compliant with KHDA, DHA, DM regulations
- Maximize the number of children on roll in various programmes
- Recruit, retain and develop staff
- Oversee day to day financial systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or Level 5 vocational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of childcare requirements and regulations
- Previous success in managing an Early Childhood Centre
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding work ethic

The Opportunity
- Recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager for a Dubai Early Childhood Centre.
- Start date: August 2026.

About You Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day to day academic and operational functions.
- Develop and deliver EYFS/IPC curriculum with play based, Reggio Emilia and Curiosity Approach.
- Ensure premises comply with KHDA, DHA, DM regulations.
- Maximize enrolment, recruit and develop staff, oversee financial systems.
The successful candidate will have
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or Level 5 vocational qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Early Childhood setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of childcare regulations and previous success in managing an Early Childhood Centre.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and outstanding work ethic.
