Responsibilities
- Provide onsite first aid and basic nursing care to employees
- Assess and monitor employee health conditions and provide appropriate medical assistance
- Coordinate medical referrals and transportation to hospitals when necessary
- Conduct periodic health assessments and maintain employee medical records
- Monitor, stock, and maintain first aid kits and medical supplies
- Promote health, hygiene, and wellness awareness among employees
- Participate in emergency response activities and site evacuation drills
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports
- Document workplace injuries, illnesses, treatments, and follow up actions
- Report all medical incidents and emergencies to the Senior Nurse Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing License/Registration
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in emergency or occupational health
- Experience in construction, industrial, or remote site clinics is an advantage
- Strong record keeping and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies efficiently

Job Description
