About the Role
Grand Hyatt Doha is hiring a Nurse to provide basic medical care and first aid to employees, assess health conditions, and maintain medical records. Responsibilities
- Provide basic medical care and first aid treatment to employees
- Assess health conditions of staff and respond to workplace illnesses and injuries
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as required
- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and employee health documentation
- Monitor and manage occupational health concerns, including workplace hazards and injury prevention
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, infection control, and health & safety standards
- Assist in emergency response and coordinate with external medical services when required
- Conduct regular health checks and support wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health screenings)
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, and preventive care practices
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the medical room/clinic
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in occupational health, clinic, or hospital settings
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid nursing license/registration as per local authority requirements
- Experience in corporate, hotel, or industrial setting is an advantage
