Position Overview

  • Night Manager for a prestigious 5 star luxury property in Dubai.
  • Reports to Director of Front Office.
  • Hotel name and brand details shared only with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all night operations across the hotel.
  • Act as senior representative on duty during night shifts.
  • Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise front office functions including night audit, check ins, check outs, and guest services.
  • Monitor daily reports and financial postings.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and operational departments.
  • Support and guide the night team.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and provide handover reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, including night management exposure.
  • Proven experience in night operations within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Prior experience in high volume properties (450+ keys) is essential.
  • Mandatory hands on experience with Opera PMS.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of night audit procedures and hotel financial controls.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced, luxury hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
