Requirements

- Proficiency in POS and retail management systems

Night Manager – Retail Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee store operations during the night shift, ensuring efficient operations, inventory accuracy, staff supervision, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store operations during night shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of night shift employees.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor store security, safety, and loss prevention procedures.

- Act as store manager in their absence
Requirements
