Role

  • The purpose of this role is to close new sales and accelerate growth in new or under penetrated markets.
  • Focus on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base for software solutions.
  • Identify high potential prospects, understand their business challenges, and position software solutions as strategic tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver closed won sales.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads from multiple channels.
  • Build and leverage a pipeline of at least 3X sales target.
  • Qualify opportunities using sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight value and impact.
  • Accurate forecasting of deals each month and quarter.
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English as mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing new businesses.
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles.
  • Knowledgeable in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
