Responsibilities
- Develop the ICH pipeline vision and launch readiness strategy for Neuroscience and Immunology portfolio across all ICH affiliate markets
- Coordinate Neuroscience/Immunology launch timelines and affiliate readiness reviews with Global, IBU, Regulatory, and affiliate teams
- Lead the Neuroscience/Immunology launch excellence framework across all ICH affiliates
- Identify pathway opportunities to accelerate regulatory approval and market access across ICH geographies
- Ensure Neuroscience/Immunology launch readiness until transition to local brand teams
- Understand and communicate regulatory pathways, pricing and reimbursement requirements, and market differentiation needs
- Actively partner with Global/IBU Neuroscience and Immunology teams to inform commercial decisions on pipeline planning
- Develop Innovation Readiness strategies for Neuroscience and Immunology portfolios across ICH
- Leverage primary and secondary data sources to develop strategic recommendations for products in clinical development
- Participate in ambassador model governance cadence; coordinate with other NPP Leads to ensure cross portfolio alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MD, PharmD, or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Marketing, New Product Planning, Market Access, and/or Strategy Consulting in Neuroscience and/or Immunology
- Previous launch experience with specialty products in complex, multi market environments required
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and scientific planning skills
- Ability to lead without direct authority across diverse affiliate and partner teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills
- International or multi country experience required
- English – business level required

Role Summary
- The ICH NPP Lead – Neuroscience / Immunology is responsible for developing the ICH pipeline vision and launch readiness strategy for the Neuroscience and Immunology portfolio across all ICH affiliate markets and geographies.
- The role eliminates the need for per country dedicated NPP resources in these therapeutic areas by concentrating pipeline intelligence, business case development, and launch coordination at ICH level.
- The position partners closely with Global, IBU, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial, PRA, and VEO, and coordinates closely with the ICH Oncology NPP Lead to ensure High Specialty portfolio coherence.
- The role reports to the AVP, ICH Strategic Capabilities & Transformation and operates under the ICX Office model as a cross country resource for the full ICH.
Basic Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MD, PharmD, or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Marketing, New Product Planning, Market Access, and/or Strategy Consulting in Neuroscience and/or Immunology; previous launch experience with specialty products in complex, multi market environments required
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and scientific planning skills; ability to lead without direct authority across diverse affiliate and partner teams across all ICH geographies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills; international or multi country experience required; exposure to ICH markets preferred
- English – business level required; additional regional language preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Neuroscience/Immunology launch timelines and affiliate readiness reviews with Global, IBU, Regulatory, and affiliate commercial and medical teams across the full ICH
- Lead the Neuroscience/Immunology launch excellence framework across all ICH affiliates; identify pathway opportunities to accelerate regulatory approval and market access across ICH geographies
- Ensure Neuroscience/Immunology launch readiness until transition to local brand teams; maintain strategic alignment and scientific rigor across all ICH affiliates regardless of market archetype
- Understand and communicate regulatory pathways, pricing and reimbursement requirements, and market differentiation needs specific to Neuroscience and Immunology products across ICH markets
- Actively partner with Global/IBU Neuroscience and Immunology teams to inform commercial decisions on pipeline planning and product development strategy, representing the full ICH perspective
- Develop Innovation Readiness strategies for Neuroscience and Immunology portfolios across ICH, partnering with VEO, Corporate Affairs, PRA, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs
- Leverage primary and secondary data sources across ICH to develop strategic recommendations for Neuroscience and Immunology products in clinical development
- Participate in ambassador model governance cadence; coordinate with ICH CMH and Oncology NPP Leads to ensure cross portfolio alignment and avoid coverage gaps across the ICH
