About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Network Expert to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade infrastructure across LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud, and security environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining network security, high availability, and performance across a complex multi-technology environment.
Infrastructure & Security
- Implement and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers using Cisco, Aruba Network Central, F5 (BIG-IP APM/LTM), and Barracuda WAF
- Configure and troubleshoot network security policies, access controls, and security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and threats
- Deploy and maintain Aruba ClearPass (CPPM) and Forescout NAC (Eyesight, Eye Control, Eye Segment) for identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, posture, and policy enforcement
- Manage inline Sandbox solutions (FortiSandbox) and maintain CCTV/ELV network infrastructure
- Maintain network servers including secure VPN, site-to-site VPN, advanced threat protection, and intrusion detection systems
Cloud Networking
- Advanced working experience in Azure networking services: Virtual Networks, subnets, NSGs, User-defined routes, Azure/Google Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateways, and NGFW Firewalls (Azure Firewall, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Experience with Azure Network Watcher, Network Performance Monitor, IP Flow, Packet Capture, VPN troubleshooting, NSG Flow Logs, and Diagnostic Logs
- Experience with Private Endpoints, Azure App WAF, App Gateway, APIM, and Azure Data Lake/Data Factory
- Manage GCP cloud networking alongside Azure environments
Routing, Switching & Operations
- Proficiency in L2/L3 routing and switching, network routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PBR), and Nexus technology (N9K, N7K, N5K)
- Cisco/Aruba routing and switching technologies including Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and Aruba Network Central for SD Campus Access
- Work closely with GN/NCSA for vulnerability patching based on VA reports; perform EDR and NDR (Link Shadow) assessments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, network appliance patching, and integration of Network Security Applications with SIEM solutions
- Establish and maintain network specifications, router administration, interface configuration, and routing protocols
- Perform network monitoring, analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshoot problems, escalating to vendor when required
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, manage inventory of all equipment, hardware, and software licenses
- Prepare technical RFP specifications and support evaluation of IT projects
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Telecommunications or Computer Science
- 9–15 years of experience in network engineering and security roles
- **Mandatory:**
Active Az-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate)
- **Preferred (not mandatory):**
- PCNSE, CCNP or CCIE, CEH, F5/Barracuda certification, Aruba ACCA/AACAS, ITILv4
