About The Role

We are seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead end-to-end CRM implementations, bridge business and technical teams, and architect scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with functional consulting capability across the full Dynamics 365 CE stack.

*CRM Implementation & Configuration*

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Field Service
  • Ensure all Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications operate according to the Support SLA
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate functional needs into CRM solutions
  • Configure business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, security roles, and data models
  • Perform Fit/Gap analysis to define solution design, architecture, integration design, migration approach, and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance)
  • Interact with clients to understand business requirements, document them, and conduct business process analysis
  • Support solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing

*Technical Development & Architecture*

  • Customize the system using JavaScript, TypeScript, Power FX, C#, and .NET; develop custom connectors and plugins
  • Build Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven) to extend CRM functionality
  • Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based extensions for Dynamics 365
  • Develop containerized solutions using Docker and deploy via Kubernetes orchestration (AKS, EKS)
  • Implement serverless architectures using Azure Functions for workflow automation and event-driven processes
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, OData endpoints, and API management solutions
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications including Payment Gateways, Custom Portals, Chatbots, and AI-powered assistants
  • Implement service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd, Consul) to handle microservices communication
  • Automate build, release, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Ensure high availability and scalability through autoscaling, load balancing, and failover strategies

*Data & API Management*

  • Implement API security best practices: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Gateway
  • Work with Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or Kong API Gateway to optimize API performance
  • Ensure efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data synchronization between systems
  • Design and manage event-driven architecture using Azure Event Grid
  • Design and optimize data models, entity relationships, and database schema within Dataverse
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and advanced analytics solutions for CRM insights
  • Implement data migration strategies from legacy CRM systems using SSIS, Data Export Service, and Azure Data Factory
  • Manage data security, privacy, retention policies, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • *Project Leadership*
  • Lead CRM transformation projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or Waterfall methodologies
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership
  • Define project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Drive user adoption, change management, and training programs for CRM solutions
  • Conduct risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and performance evaluations

Qualifications & Certifications

  • University degree in Computing or Business
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  • **Mandatory:**
  • Total 14+ years of proven end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementation experience; minimum 7 years with .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • **Mandatory:**
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Solution Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer for Web Applications, Microsoft Certified in Managing Dynamics Implementations
  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Voice
  • Strong experience with custom plugin development and solution deployment processes; good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
  • Knowledge of .NET framework including ASP.NET and C# is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
