Overview

  • πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement & Field Service)
  • Assist users (E-Services, portal, mobile app) and resolve system issues
  • Manage support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
  • Gather business requirements and conduct workshops
  • Design and configure D365 solutions
  • Deliver user training and ensure adoption
  • Build dashboards (Power BI) and maintain solution quality
  • Prepare documentation (BRDs, SDDs, process workflows)
  • πŸ”Ή Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in D365 CE & Field Service configuration
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver demos, PoCs, and client presentations
  • UX understanding and process improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with .NET is a plus
  • πŸ”Ή Qualifications:

β€’ Bilingual: Arabic & English (Required)

  • 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
