About the Role
Etihad Cargo seeks a Network Planning Analyst to optimize the cargo network, manage freighter schedules, and maximize profitability. The role involves short-term and long-term capacity planning, slot portfolio management, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage the freighters schedule delivery/development process
- Support short term capacity optimization and operational integrity
- Support long term network/commercial requests to maximize profitability
- Recommend initiatives/changes to senior management for capacity optimization
- Develop annual budget schedule
- Develop 5 and 10 year schedule incorporating long term fleet strategy
- Coordinate/communicate with key stakeholders including Network planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance and Corporate Communications
- Protect and enhance Etihad's slot portfolio
- Ensure timely and accurate publication of Etihad's flights
- Manage ad hoc charter requests
- Design and implement a freighter network for effective and profitable fleet utilization
- Analyze route profitability to support decision making
Requirements
- At least 3 years of airline experience in network planning/scheduling
- Exposure to airline cargo is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree/post graduate studies in a relevant discipline
- Strategic planning and deep analytical skills
- Negotiation and advocacy skills
