Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily Network Operations Center (NOC) activities
- Act as primary escalation point for complex network incidents and service outages
- Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, NAC, and data center network environments
- Lead investigation and resolution of major incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Ensure proactive monitoring of network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring platforms
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement network security policies and controls
- Mentor and support network engineers and NOC personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise network operations and infrastructure support
- Minimum 2 years in a senior network engineering, team lead, or network operations leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field
- CCNP Enterprise certification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, QoS
- Hands on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and SD WAN solutions

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Lead to oversee day to day operation, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure.
- This role combines advanced technical expertise with operational leadership.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
- Lead and coordinate daily NOC activities.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex incidents.
- Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, NAC, and data center networks.
- Lead network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Lead investigation and resolution of major incidents and conduct RCA.
- Ensure proactive monitoring and analyze network performance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for security policies.
- Maintain network diagrams and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in enterprise network operations.
- Minimum 2 years in senior network engineering or team lead role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
- CCNP Enterprise certification mandatory.
- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, QoS.
- Hands on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, SD WAN.
- Experience with network monitoring platforms like SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Prime, PRTG, Wireshark.
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting advantageous.
