Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas
- Attend meetings and document the meeting minutes clearly and concisely
- Prepare and distribute communications including status updates and reports
- Record, track and follow up action, risks and dependencies items to closure with respective owners
- Maintain documentation by ensuring proper versioning
- Translate content from English to Arabic and vice versa
- File appropriate letters, memos, reports and other materials
- Help prepare reports and status updates as per the defined frequency
- Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT work experience with 2 years in a similar role (Project Coordinator/Project Administrator/Technical Analyst etc.)
- Experience working administrative activities and stakeholder communication
- Letter and document translation from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be bilingual (English and Arabic)

Role Purpose
- Support the service delivery function in managing their overall administrative operations from communications tracking & logging, document control, tracking of tasks & actions and conducting necessary follow ups with staff.
Responsibilities

Compensation
- Pay: QAR8,281.19 QAR11,500.04 per month
