Role Overview

  • We're looking for a motivated Service Consultant to join our field sales team.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target driven environment and enjoy meeting customers face to face while promoting telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation & Business Development: Prospect and engage potential customers within assigned territories; Conduct door to door sales; Promote and sell telecom products; Build and maintain customer relationships; Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation: Maintain strong understanding of telecom products; Present product features; Recommend suitable solutions; Guide customers through sales process.
  • Lead Generation & Market Development: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking; Identify potential markets; Provide market insights.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service; Handle inquiries; Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
  • Reporting & Administration: Track and report sales performance; Maintain sales documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, direct sales, or telecom sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated, customer focused, and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Additional Information

  • Work Environment: Field based role involving daily customer visits within assigned territories.
  • Travel: Daily travel within the assigned area is required.
  • Working Hours: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business requirements.
