Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics at system, application, and infrastructure levels.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and own permanent fixes.
- Manage OEM support cases under SLA.
- Perform configuration, firmware, and software maintenance and coordinate upgrades.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
- Maintain design documents, SOPs, and the technical knowledge base.
- Mentor Level-2 staff.
- Provide technical assessment to the Change Advisory Board.
- Perform Level-2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalation of design issues.
Requirements
- Ability to perform Level-2 diagnosis across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis for major or recurring incidents and own permanent fixes.
- Ability to manage OEM support cases under SLA.
- Ability to perform configuration, firmware, and software maintenance and coordinate upgrades.
- Ability to maintain design documents, SOPs, and a technical knowledge base.
- Ability to provide technical assessments to a Change Advisory Board.
- Ability to perform hardware swaps and escalate design issues appropriately.
