About The Role
Al Salama Hospital is seeking a skilled and proactive
Network Engineer
to join our ICT Infrastructure team.
The role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-availability network connectivity across the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitor network performance, security logs, and availability.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and secure network access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with minimal disruption.
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Support 24/7 operations and on-call activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of Network Engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto certifications preferred.
- SEC registration required for non-Saudi candidates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Cisco Routing & Switching (CCNP).
- Cisco ISE & Network Access Control.
- Palo Alto & Fortinet Firewalls.
- OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VPNs & DMZs.
- Avaya IP Telephony.
- VMware, Linux & Windows Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
