- Verify that systems contain the required software, including operating systems, and escalate major faults to vendors or maintenance personnel
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to improving work methods through the use of modern technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates and recent graduates welcome)
- Good English communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Enrolled in or eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF

About the Role
