The role serves as a functional lead for NetSuite implementation engagements.
What You Will Do
- Lead key NetSuite modules across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Facilitate client workshops and conference room pilots to gather, validate, and document functional requirements.
- Lead NetSuite implementations that address industry requirements, business processes, regulatory considerations, and client needs.
- Complete and oversee business analysis, functional design, and system configuration deliverables.
- Analyze gaps between requirements and NetSuite capabilities and recommend solutions, configurations, process changes, or workarounds.
- Manage scope, milestones, priorities, issues, and deliverable quality across Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases.
- Lead multiple client service delivery teams in accordance with KPMG standards and engagement expectations.
- Support business relationships, opportunity development, account growth, and practice development.
What You Bring To The Role
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Bring 7 or more years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including ERP-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Bring 4 or more years leading teams and large-scale, complex NetSuite transformation projects and programs.
- Have client-facing experience with senior management relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Have full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience spanning Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support.
- Demonstrate strong NetSuite functional knowledge, workshop facilitation, gap analysis, delivery leadership, and communication skills.
- Finance or Accounting designations and NetSuite certifications are desirable assets.
Pay Range Information
- The Ontario region base salary range is CAD 103,000 to CAD 135,000 and may include bonus awards.
- The British Columbia region base salary range is CAD 101,000 to CAD 130,000 and may include bonus awards.
