The role leads functional delivery for NetSuite implementation engagements and contributes to client and practice development.
What You Will Do
- Lead key NetSuite modules across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Facilitate client workshops and conference room pilots to gather and validate functional requirements.
- Lead NetSuite solutions addressing industry-specific, business, management, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Oversee business analysis, functional design, configuration, gap analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Manage scope, milestones, priorities, issues, and quality across Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases.
- Lead client delivery teams and ensure compliance with KPMG service delivery standards.
- Support client relationships, proposals, opportunity development, and practice growth.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including ERP-enabled business transformation.
- At least 4 years leading teams and delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects and programs within NetSuite ERP.
- Client-facing experience with senior-level relationship building, influencing, and delivery excellence.
- Full-lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience across Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including requirements, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution decisions.
- Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, review deliverables, and maintain quality across concurrent engagements.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals, presentations, and opportunity development.
- NetSuite certifications are desirable.
Pay Range Information
- The posting lists an expected base salary range of CAD 103,000 to CAD 135,000 for the KPMG Ontario Region.
- The posting lists an expected base salary range of CAD 101,000 to CAD 130,000 for the KPMG British Columbia Region.
- The base salary may be eligible for bonus awards and depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
