Position Overview
The position is for a Senior .NET Developer and Lead Backend Developer.
The role designs and develops scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
The successful candidate leads backend development initiatives, provides technical guidance, and contributes to architecture decisions.
Location and Work Model
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The work model is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote each week.
- The position is a contract role.
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C#, .NET 10, and ASP.NET Core.
- Lead backend development initiatives and guide engineering teams.
- Define architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and development practices.
- Design and implement microservices, API gateways, and distributed applications.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
