Role Overview

  • The role holder supports new equipment operations including negotiating contracts and updating contractual terms.
  • Responsible for conducting product checks post delivery/installation to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving SOS growth in major project NE Orders above $2M.
  • Increasing market coverage and 100% MP offering.
  • Establish sales objectives by providing accurate forecasts.
  • Managing strategic relations with main contractors, consultants, and key accounts.
  • Providing sales support to clients in the design stage.
  • Prospecting, reviewing, studying, and pricing MPs.
  • Negotiating contracts technically and commercially.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Abiding by company internal policies and code of conduct.
  • Updating internal reporting systems like MP Tracker, CRM, eLOG.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with sales operations in construction/engineering.
  • At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred.
