About the Role
Bureau Veritas seeks an experienced NDE Inspector with a technical diploma and 10+ years in welding inspection and NDT, including 5 years in Oil & Gas. Must hold ASNT Level II certifications in UT, MT, RT, PT and be familiar with codes like ASME V, API-1104, and AWS D1.

Responsibilities
- Perform non destructive examinations using UT, MT, RT, PT methods
- Set up and calibrate NDT equipment
- Interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Organize and report the results of nondestructive tests
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in engineering discipline or equivalent technical education
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Welding Inspection, NDT review and Quality Control, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Plant
- Minimum ASNT Level II certification in UT, MT, RT, PT
- Thorough familiarity with scope and limitations of each NDT method; ability to set up and calibrate equipment
- Ability to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, including writing technical reports
- Computer literate and familiarity with codes ASME V, API 1104, ASME/ANSI B31.3, API RP2X, AWS D1.1

Job Title

Qualifications and Experience
- Technical Diploma in engineering discipline or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Welding Inspection, NDT review and Quality Control, out of which at least 5 years shall be in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Plant.
- Minimum with ASNT level II UT, MT, RT, PT certification.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of each method for which the individual is certified; set up and calibrate equipment.
- Interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language including writing of technical reports.
