Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Teach core skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student level, goals, and progress
- Create interactive and stimulating learning materials and activities
- Assess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations
- Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support improvement
- Track and report student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support students in building confidence and fluency in English
- Encourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learning
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives
- Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies
Requirements
- Native or native level English proficiency
- Proven experience teaching English (ESL/EFL preferred)
- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work on site in JLT, Dubai
- Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Native or native level English proficiency.

- Experience working with students of different ages and proficiency levels.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about education.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Available to work on site in JLT, Dubai.
- Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
