This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Manager role based in Dubai requiring native-level Arabic proficiency.
The role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination.
The position focuses on product availability, cost efficiency, service levels, and reduction of operational risks.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze demand and sales data, align supply plans with business objectives, and monitor stock levels.
- Manage procurement cycles, coordinate suppliers, negotiate terms, and optimize logistics and distribution flows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implement process improvements, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Prepare performance reports, track key supply chain metrics, and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong demand planning, forecasting, analytical, supply management, and inventory management skills are required.
- Proficiency in procurement, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Native-level Arabic proficiency and strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- APICS or CIPS certification is advantageous, and GCC supply chain experience is preferred.
