Role Description
The Product Management Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role supports product managers in planning, coordinating, and executing product-related initiatives.
Product Coordination Duties
- Gather and organize product requirements, prepare documentation and reports, and assist with product roadmaps and timelines.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners in Arabic and English about features, releases, and customer feedback.
- Track project progress, maintain product-related data, and support customer service teams with product information.
- Help analyze market and user insights to inform product improvements.
- Prepare presentations and leadership status updates and contribute to optimizing product processes.
Qualifications
- Strong product management skills, including product lifecycles, requirements gathering, and roadmap coordination, are required.
- Solid project management abilities for task planning, progress tracking, timeline management, and cross-functional support are required.
- Excellent native-level Arabic and English communication skills are required.
- Strong analytical skills and proven customer service capabilities are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Product coordination, recruitment or HR technology, or SaaS experience is beneficial.
- Productivity tools, software, and project management systems experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills are advantageous.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai.
