Role Overview
The Fresher Native Arabic E-commerce Data Entry Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role maintains accurate product information across online stores and marketplace platforms and supports the e-commerce team.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product information, prices, descriptions, and attributes in online store and marketplace platforms.
- Review data for completeness, consistency, and formatting, verify source information, and organize product catalogs.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align listings with brand and category standards and perform basic listing quality checks.
- Report data issues or discrepancies, support Arabic content localization, complete routine administrative tasks, and meet assigned data-entry targets.
Qualifications
- Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail are required.
- Comfort with e-commerce platforms, online product catalogs, spreadsheets, and web-based tools is required.
- Native-level Arabic and good English communication skills, especially reading and writing, are required.
- Applicants must organize information, follow structured processes, meet productivity deadlines, learn, follow guidance, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a business, commerce, or related diploma or degree is a plus.
- Basic understanding of online shopping, digital marketplaces, or retail operations is an advantage.
- The role requires eligibility to work on-site in Dubai and readiness to work full time.
