National Sales Manager – General Lab & Life Science

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Achieve national annual, quarterly, and monthly General Lab sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the General Lab sales team across Saudi Arabia.
• Establish territories, account responsibilities, product responsibilities, and individual sales targets.
• Maintain awareness of major government, public, private, university, research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, blood-bank, biobank, and laboratory accounts.
• Develop structured national market segmentation by region, customer segment, application, product category, and business potential.
• Update customer, installed-base, competitor, consumption, project, and opportunity information.
• Develop strategic account plans for major national and regional customers.
• Manage the commercial cycle from opportunity development through quotation, negotiation, purchase order, delivery, invoicing, and collection.

• The role requires national sales leadership across Saudi Arabia in General Lab and Life Science markets.
• The role requires team leadership, strategic account management, market segmentation, pipeline management, and commercial-cycle ownership.
