- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college accredited by UAE Ministry of Education
- CGPA 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Up to 1 year of experience
- English fluency: IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL 550
- Completed or fully exempted from National Service

Programme Details
- This structured programme that will last 18 or 24 months, is your gateway to professional growth and development that will help equip you with gaining unique hands on experiences, access to leading training courses, relevant qualifications, and projects that will help you to develop the knowledge an
- The programme will give you exposure to working with senior leadership teams in order to learn from industry leading individuals and to expand your network within the world of aviation. It offers a combination of international travel, training courses, and on the job training.
Business Areas
- Corporate Services: Human Resources, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Governance and Compliance, Procurement and Logistics, Legal, and more.
- Commercial: Outstation, SkyCargo, Skywards, Revenue Optimisation, Network Route and Planning, Market Research, Global and UAE Sales and many others.
- Airline & Airport Operations: Ground Services, Engineering and Maintenance, Aviation Services, Security, Logistics and Supply Chain.
- dnata: Ground handling, cargo, travel, safety, and flight catering services to more than 300 airlines in over 84 countries.
Who should apply?
- Emiratization: UAE Passport with Nationality
- Age: Up to 27 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education from all majors
- CGPA: 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience
- English Fluency: IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL 550 is required at the time of application
- National Service: Completed or fully exempted
